🍝 Spaghetti with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- salt
- colorful pepper (from the mill)
- 16 Shrimp (kitchen-ready)
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 Limes (quartered)
- Juice of one Lime
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Red onion
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the spaghetti in it until al dente.
- 3. Drain the pasta.
- 4. Rinse the pasta briefly with cold water.
- 5. Let the pasta drain well.
- 6. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 7. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan.
- 8. Fry the shrimp in it for about three minutes on all sides.
- 9. Press the garlic directly into the pan.
- 10. Stir everything briefly.
- 11. Fry the garlic briefly as well.
- 12. Remove the shrimp from the pan.
- 13. Keep the shrimp warm.
- 14. Peel the onion.
- 15. Cut the onion in half lengthwise.
- 16. Cut the halves into very thin half-moons.
- 17. Mix the lime juice with salt and pepper.
- 18. Fold the onion rings into the lime mixture.
- 19. Add the lime wedges.
- 20. Mix the mixture with the spaghetti.
- 21. Plate the pasta.
- 22. Add the warm shrimp.
- 23. Garnish the dish with tarragon leaves.
