🍝 Fish Spaghetti with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- 100 g Butter
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp herb mustard
- 400 g fish fillet (to your liking)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp ghee
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- 2. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until it is firm to the bite.
- 4. Take a dry frying pan.
- 5. Add the pine nuts to the pan.
- 6. Roast the pine nuts without oil.
- 7. Cut the fish into small pieces.
- 8. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish pieces.
- 9. Season the fish with salt.
- 10. Season the fish with pepper.
- 11. Dust the fish with flour.
- 12. Take a clean frying pan.
- 13. Add clarified butter to the pan.
- 14. Heat the clarified butter.
- 15. Place the fish pieces in the hot pan.
- 16. Fry the fish over high heat.
- 17. Fry the fish brown on all sides.
- 18. Remove the fish from the pan.
- 19. Keep the fish warm.
- 20. Take a clean pot.
- 21. Add butter to the pot.
- 22. Add mustard to the pot.
- 23. Melt the butter with the mustard.
- 24. Take a whisk.
- 25. Add cream gradually to the mixture.
- 26. Stir the cream in with the whisk.
- 27. Season the sauce with salt.
- 28. Season the sauce with pepper.
- 29. Keep the sauce warm.
- 30. Take the pasta off the heat.
- 31. Drain the water from the pasta.
- 32. Let the pasta drain.
- 33. Take plates.
- 34. Place the pasta on the plates.
- 35. Place the fish pieces on the plates.
- 36. Place the sauce on the plates.
- 37. Take the roasted pine nuts.
- 38. Sprinkle the pine nuts over the dish.
