🍝 Spicy Pasta with Creamy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g elbow macaroni
- 2 onions
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g strained tomatoes
- 1 large red chili pepper
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onions and the garlic.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 4. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil.
- 5. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Halve the chili peppers and wash them.
- 8. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
- 9. Finely chop the chili peppers.
- 10. Stir the tomato paste into the sauce.
- 11. Stir the crème fraîche into the sauce.
- 12. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- 13. Place a spoonful of sauce on the pasta.
- 14. Sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan cheese.
