🍝 Creative Pasta with Broad Beans

Ingredients
- 500 g Tagliatelle
- 1 bunch Basil (coarsely chopped)
- 400 g Broad beans
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a pot of water and salt to a boil.
- 2. Add the broad beans to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the beans for about 3 minutes.
- 4. Immediately shock the beans with cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 5. Let the beans drain well in a colander.
- 6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 7. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente.
- 8. Reserve some of the pasta cooking water.
- 9. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 10. Finely chop the garlic.
- 11. Heat olive oil in a pan.
- 12. Sauté the garlic in the hot oil until fragrant.
- 13. Add the drained beans to the pan.
- 14. Add the basil.
- 15. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
- 16. Toss everything with a splash of the prepared pasta cooking water.
- 17. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately.
