🍝 Pappardelle with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g Band Noodles
- 500 g Button Mushrooms
- 300 ml Whipping Cream
- 100 g Cream Cheese
- 0.5 Bunch Basil
- 1 Pinch Chili Peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Slice the mushrooms.
- 3. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 4. Cook the pappardelle in the salted water until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 5. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 6. Fry the mushroom slices in the butter.
- 7. Add the cream to the pan.
- 8. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Wash the basil and shake off excess water.
- 10. Cut the basil into thin strips.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and chili.
- 12. Add the cream cheese to the sauce.
- 13. Stir the sauce until it thickens slightly.
- 14. Drain the pasta.
- 15. Divide the pasta among pasta plates.
- 16. Top the pasta with the sauce.
- 17. Sprinkle the dishes with grated Parmesan.
- 18. Serve the pasta with the fresh basil.
