🍝 Pasta with Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g small broccoli florets
- 200 g small cauliflower florets
- 200 ml vegetable stock (instant)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 200 g orecchiette pasta
- salt
- 30 g parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and the onion.
- 2. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic.
- 4. Heat the oil in a pot.
- 5. Sauté the onion strips and garlic in the hot oil until translucent.
- 6. Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the pot.
- 7. Steam the vegetables for a short moment.
- 8. Pour in the vegetable broth.
- 9. Let the dish simmer for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 11. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
- 12. Drain the pasta.
- 13. Let the pasta drain well.
- 14. Mix the pasta with the vegetables.
- 15. Plate the dish.
- 16. Grate fresh Parmesan cheese over the top.
