🍝 Noodles with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 200 g Tagliatelle
- Salt
- 50 g Spring onions
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp small Capers
- 4 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tsp coarse-grained Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Dill (chopped)
- 100 g Smoked salmon (sliced)
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 4 Capers
- Dill tips (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Cook the noodles in it until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 3. Drain the noodles and let them drip dry well.
- 4. Wash and clean the spring onions.
- 5. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 6. Set aside two tablespoons of the green parts for decoration.
- 7. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan.
- 8. Sauté the onion rings over low heat.
- 9. Add the capers, lime juice, mustard, and chopped dill.
- 10. Stir the mixture well.
- 11. Cut the smoked salmon into thin strips.
- 12. Add the salmon and the noodles to the pan.
- 13. Mix everything thoroughly.
- 14. Season the dish generously with salt and pepper.
- 15. Serve the noodles.
- 16. Garnish them with the caper berries, the reserved spring onion greens, and fresh dill tips.
