🍝 Noodle Gratin with Meatballs

Ingredients
- 300 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 3 raw Bratwurst sausages
- 2 tbsp Sesame
- Thyme (1 tbsp each dried)
- Rosemary (1 tbsp each dried)
- 3 Carrots
- 1 small can peeled Tomatoes (approx. 400 g)
- 80 g Cheese (grated e.g. Gruyère)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- 2. Squeeze the meat out of the sausages and form small balls from it.
- 3. Mix sesame seeds and pizza seasoning on a plate.
- 4. Roll the meatballs in the spice mixture.
- 5. Peel the carrots and grate them finely.
- 6. Crush the canned tomatoes slightly.
- 7. Mix the drained pasta with the tomatoes and the grated carrot.
- 8. Place the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- 9. Distribute the meatballs on top of the noodle mixture.
- 10. Sprinkle everything with cheese.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Bake the gratin for about 15 minutes in the center of the oven.
