🍝 Creamy Gorgonzola Noodle Gratin

Ingredients
- 600 g Fusilli
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 100 g Parmesan shavings
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 100 g grated Fontina
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Salt
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)
- Balsamic vinegar
- Butter
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Gorgonzola and mozzarella into small cubes.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- 3. Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted water until firm to the bite (al dente).
- 4. Drain the noodles.
- 5. Mix the noodles with the Gorgonzola and mozzarella.
- 6. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and a pinch of ground nutmeg.
- 7. Grease a baking dish with small pieces of butter.
- 8. Place the noodle-cheese mixture into the dish.
- 9. Sprinkle the top with the Fontina.
- 10. Bake the gratin in the hot oven for 15 minutes.
- 11. Drizzle the finished gratin with 4 to 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
- 12. Serve the gratin immediately.
