  2. 2. Cook the noodles in this salted water until they are al dente (follow the instructions on the package).
  3. 3. Drain the noodles and rinse them briefly with cold water to cool them down.
  4. 4. Let the noodles drain well in a colander.
  5. 5. Wash the arugula under running water and dry it thoroughly.
  6. 6. Remove any tough stems from the arugula.
  7. 7. Tear the arugula into bite-sized pieces or leave it whole, depending on your preference.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
  9. 9. Cut the tomatoes in half.
  10. 10. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  11. 11. Put the balsamic vinegar into a small bowl.
  12. 12. Add the lemon juice.
  13. 13. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water.
  14. 14. Add the oil.
  15. 15. Whisk the ingredients for the dressing well together.
  16. 16. Season the dressing with salt.
  17. 17. Season the dressing with pepper.
  18. 18. Put the drained noodles into a large bowl.
