  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it briefly with cold water.
  4. 4. Let the pasta drain well in a colander.
  5. 5. Wash the beans under running water.
  6. 6. Trim the hard ends off the beans.
  7. 7. Boil the beans in salted water for five minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the beans from the pot.
  9. 9. Shock the beans with ice-cold water.
  10. 10. Let the beans drain well as well.
  11. 11. Peel the onions and garlic.
  12. 12. Dice the onions and garlic into small cubes.
  13. 13. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  14. 14. Brown the minced meat in the pan briefly.
  15. 15. Add the diced onions and garlic to the meat.
  16. 16. Fry everything together for a short time.
  17. 17. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Wash the tomatoes under running water.
  19. 19. Slice the tomatoes.

  25. 25. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with cheese.
