  2. 2. Drain the pasta and let it drip dry.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  5. 5. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper and remove the inside.
  7. 7. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  8. 8. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a large pan.
  9. 9. Fry the minced meat until crumbly over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  10. 10. Let the meat cook for about 8 minutes.
  11. 11. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  12. 12. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
  13. 13. Heat another teaspoon of oil in the same pan.
  14. 14. Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
  15. 15. Add the mushrooms and the bell pepper strips to the pan.

  19. 19. Crumble the goat cheese over the mixture with your hands.
