🍝 Creative Noodle and Minced Meat Pan with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 150 g whole wheat pasta
- salt
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 200 g minced beef
- pepper
- cayenne pepper
- 100 g goat cream cheese (45 % fat in dry matter)
- 10 g parsley (1/2 bunch)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, following the package instructions.
- 2. Drain the pasta and let it drip dry.
- 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 4. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 5. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper and remove the inside.
- 7. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 8. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a large pan.
- 9. Fry the minced meat until crumbly over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- 10. Let the meat cook for about 8 minutes.
- 11. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 12. Remove the meat from the pan and set it aside.
- 13. Heat another teaspoon of oil in the same pan.
- 14. Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- 15. Add the mushrooms and the bell pepper strips to the pan.
- 16. Fry the vegetables for 2 minutes.
- 17. Return the prepared meat to the pan.
- 18. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
- 19. Crumble the goat cheese over the mixture with your hands.
- 20. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 21. Simmer the dish for another 2 minutes.
- 22. Finally, season the pan with salt and pepper to taste.
- 23. Wash the parsley.
- 24. Shake the parsley dry.
- 25. Finely chop the parsley.
- 26. Sprinkle the parsley over the finished pan.
