🍝 Pasta Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 300 g short tube pasta
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 2 stalks celery
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water, and let them drain well.
- 2. Remove the seeds and white pith from the peppers, wash them, and cut them into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the celery, peel it, and slice it. Keep some of the green leaves for decoration.
- 4. Peel the onions and chop them into small cubes.
- 5. Whisk together vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, and crème fraîche to make a dressing. Toss the vegetables and pasta with it. Serve the salad garnished with the remaining celery greens.
