  7. 7. Dice the cucumber into very fine cubes.
  8. 8. Cut the bell pepper into quarters.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds and wash the pepper pieces.
  10. 10. Dice the bell pepper into very fine cubes as well.
  11. 11. Wash the cherry tomatoes.
  12. 12. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  13. 13. Clean and wash the spring onions.
  14. 14. Slice the white and light green parts of the spring onions thinly.
  15. 15. Mix the pasta with the cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, and spring onions in a large bowl.
  16. 16. Peel the garlic clove.
  17. 17. Finely chop the garlic.
  18. 18. Wash the basil and shake it dry.
  19. 19. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
  20. 20. Chop the basil leaves coarsely.
  21. 21. Whisk the garlic, basil, tomato juice, 3 tablespoons of oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  22. 22. Pour the salad dressing over the noodle and vegetable mixture.
  23. 23. Let the salad marinate for 15 minutes.
  24. 24. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan.
  25. 25. Season the red mullet fillets with salt and pepper.
  26. 26. Fry the fish fillets in the hot oil for 2 minutes on each side.
