  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. 2. Divide the salmon fillet into serving portions.
  3. 3. Cut the onions into wedges and the peppers into cubes. Slice the leek, carrots, and zucchini.
  4. 4. Mix the olive oil with the vegetables and herbs. Place the mixture in an ovenproof dish. Pour a few tablespoons of water over the vegetables.
  5. 5. Place the salmon on top and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  6. 6. Bake the dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. 7. Add crème fraîche or sour cream to the salmon before serving.
