  2. 2. Spin the greens dry and remove any wilted leaves.
  3. 3. Tear the leafy greens into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  5. 5. Wash the snow peas and trim off the tough stem ends.
  6. 6. Bring water with salt to a boil.
  7. 7. Cook the snow peas in the boiling salted water for about 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the snow peas from the water.
  9. 9. Rinse the snow peas immediately under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  10. 10. Let the snow peas drain well.
  11. 11. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes in bubbling water.
  12. 12. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil for the vinaigrette.
  13. 13. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 14. Combine the salad with the tomatoes, olives, drained tuna, and snow peas.
  15. 15. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad mixture.
  16. 16. Divide the salad evenly among four bowls.
  17. 17. Peel the boiled eggs.
  18. 18. Cut the eggs in half.
  19. 19. Place the egg halves and lemon slices on top of the salad.
