  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and slice them. Wash the beans, trim the ends, and boil them in plenty of salted water for 10 minutes. Drain them, shock them with cold water, and let them drain.
  2. 2. Drain the tuna and flake it into pieces. Peel the onion and slice it into strips. Blanch the tomatoes briefly, shock them with cold water, peel them, remove the core, and cut them into eighths.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers, remove the core, and slice them into thin strips. Rinse the anchovy fillets, pat them dry, and cut them into small pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters. Whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper, and mix the dressing with the prepared ingredients. Plate the salad immediately and serve.
