  1. 1. Peel ripe bananas, slice them into thumb-thick rounds, and freeze them for at least 4 hours.
  2. 2. Let the bananas thaw briefly. Puree them together with peanut butter and almond drink using a blender or hand blender. Chop chocolate to your liking (coarse or fine) and stir it into the cream.
  3. 3. Fill the nicecream into the molds and freeze for about 1 hour. Then insert the wooden sticks and freeze for another 3 hours. Carefully release the ice cream from the molds before serving and enjoy.
