  3. 3. Cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes until tender.
  4. 4. Stir the spring quark smooth with a little milk.
  5. 5. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
  6. 6. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
  7. 7. Wash the radishes and remove the greens.
  8. 8. Roughly chop the radishes.
  9. 9. Add the radishes and spring onion rings to the quark.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic and press it into the quark mixture.
  11. 11. Wash the chives and parsley.
  12. 12. Chop the herbs finely.
  13. 13. Fold the chopped herbs into the quark.
  14. 14. Trim the cress from the stems.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the cress over the finished quark.
  16. 16. Finally season the quark with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Drain the cooked potatoes.
  18. 18. Serve the potatoes together with the quark.
