🍽️ New Potatoes with Creamy Spring Quark

Ingredients
- 600 g new potatoes
- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 5 tbsp milk
- 1 bunch spring onions (small)
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 box cress
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the new potatoes.
- 2. Place the potatoes in a pot and cover them just with water.
- 3. Cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes until tender.
- 4. Stir the spring quark smooth with a little milk.
- 5. Clean the spring onions and wash them.
- 6. Slice the spring onions diagonally into thin rings.
- 7. Wash the radishes and remove the greens.
- 8. Roughly chop the radishes.
- 9. Add the radishes and spring onion rings to the quark.
- 10. Peel the garlic and press it into the quark mixture.
- 11. Wash the chives and parsley.
- 12. Chop the herbs finely.
- 13. Fold the chopped herbs into the quark.
- 14. Trim the cress from the stems.
- 15. Sprinkle the cress over the finished quark.
- 16. Finally season the quark with salt and pepper.
- 17. Drain the cooked potatoes.
- 18. Serve the potatoes together with the quark.
