🍰 Nectarine Jelly with Rose Petals

Ingredients
- 2 kg nectarine
- 1 bottle apple juice
- 750 g sugar
- 1 packet gelling agent
- 1 packet citric acid
- 1 tsp rose water
- petal (of a rose)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the nectarines thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the fruits and remove the pits.
- 3. Process the fruit flesh into a juice.
- 4. Let the juice stand for about one hour.
- 5. Remove the foam rising to the surface.
- 6. Top up the juice with some apple juice to a total of 750 milliliters.
- 7. Set aside two tablespoons of the sugar.
- 8. Mix these two tablespoons of sugar with the gelling agent.
- 9. Add the sugar-gelling agent mixture to the juice.
- 10. Add citric acid and rose water.
- 11. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 12. Add the remaining sugar.
- 13. Let the mixture bubble vigorously for three minutes while stirring constantly.
- 14. Add the flower petals to the hot mixture.
- 15. Fill the jelly immediately into prepared jars.
- 16. Seal the jars immediately.
