  5. 5. Remove the pits from the nectarine halves.

  7. 7. Whip the egg whites until very stiff.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  9. 9. Grease four ovenproof ramekins with some fat.
  10. 10. Mix the lemon juice with the quark.
  11. 11. Stir the cream into the quark mixture.
  12. 12. Add the flour and mix everything well.
  13. 13. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
  14. 14. Stir the egg yolk-sugar mixture into the quark.
  15. 15. Gently fold the egg whites into the quark mixture.
  16. 16. Fill the quark mixture into the prepared ramekins.
  17. 17. Press the fruits decoratively into the quark mixture.
  18. 18. Bake the bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
  19. 19. Dust the finished bake with powdered sugar.
  20. 20. Garnish the bake with fresh redcurrants.
