🍽️ Fruity Nectarine Quark Bake

Ingredients
- 300 g Strawberries
- 4 Nectarines
- 4 Egg whites
- 4 Egg yolks
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 400 g Cream quark
- 50 g Whipping cream
- 20 g Flour
- Butter (for the mold)
- Icing sugar (for dusting)
- Red currant sprig (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the fruits thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the fruits dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Halve the strawberries.
- 4. Halve the nectarines.
- 5. Remove the pits from the nectarine halves.
- 6. Cut the nectarines into thin wedges.
- 7. Whip the egg whites until very stiff.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 9. Grease four ovenproof ramekins with some fat.
- 10. Mix the lemon juice with the quark.
- 11. Stir the cream into the quark mixture.
- 12. Add the flour and mix everything well.
- 13. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
- 14. Stir the egg yolk-sugar mixture into the quark.
- 15. Gently fold the egg whites into the quark mixture.
- 16. Fill the quark mixture into the prepared ramekins.
- 17. Press the fruits decoratively into the quark mixture.
- 18. Bake the bake for 25 minutes in the oven.
- 19. Dust the finished bake with powdered sugar.
- 20. Garnish the bake with fresh redcurrants.
