🍰 Grilled Nectarines

Ingredients
- 4 Nectarines
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Liquid honey
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the nectarines under running water.
- 2. Carefully cut the fruits in half down the middle to create two halves.
- 3. Remove the pit from each half by taking it out with a knife or a spoon.
- 4. Stir lemon juice and honey in a small bowl until the ingredients are well combined.
- 5. Brush the cut surfaces of the nectarine halves with the honey-lemon mixture.
- 6. Lightly oil the grill grates so that the fruits do not stick.
- 7. Place the nectarines on the hot grill with the cut side facing down.
- 8. Grill the fruits for about 10 minutes until they are lightly browned all around.
