  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the nectarines under running water.
  2. 2. Carefully cut the fruits in half down the middle to create two halves.
  3. 3. Remove the pit from each half by taking it out with a knife or a spoon.
  4. 4. Stir lemon juice and honey in a small bowl until the ingredients are well combined.
  5. 5. Brush the cut surfaces of the nectarine halves with the honey-lemon mixture.
  6. 6. Lightly oil the grill grates so that the fruits do not stick.
  7. 7. Place the nectarines on the hot grill with the cut side facing down.
  8. 8. Grill the fruits for about 10 minutes until they are lightly browned all around.
