  9. 9. Place about two-thirds of the dry lettuce leaves on a large platter.

  12. 12. Chop the parsley finely.
  13. 13. Add both types of balsamic vinegar to a small bowl.
  14. 14. Add the lemon juice to the vinegar mixture.
