🍽️ Condensed Milk Caramel Pudding

Ingredients
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk (can)
- 750 ml milk
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 200 g cane sugar
Instructions
- 1. Pour the condensed milk, the regular milk, and the baking soda (leavening agent) into a small pot.
- 2. Heat the milk mixture over high heat while stirring constantly until it boils.
- 3. Immediately remove the pot from the heat.
- 4. Dissolve the sugar in half a cup of water in a heavy pot over medium heat while stirring constantly.
- 5. Pour the hot milk mixture into the sugar-water syrup.
- 6. Stir everything well.
- 7. Simmer the mixture over low heat for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- 8. Stir occasionally.
- 9. Check carefully to ensure nothing burns.
- 10. Adjust the temperature if necessary.
- 11. Serve the finished thick amber-colored pudding at room temperature or chilled.
