  4. 4. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar.
  5. 5. Mix the mixture until it is fluffy.
  6. 6. Add the eggs one by one.
  7. 7. Stir in the eggs until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  8. 8. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Sift a portion of the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
  10. 10. Gently fold in the flour mixture.
  11. 11. Stir in 4 tablespoons of milk.
  12. 12. Sift the remaining flour-baking powder mix over the mixture.
  13. 13. Work everything into a smooth dough.
  14. 14. Fold in the lime juice.
  15. 15. Fold in the finely chopped citron and orange peel.
  16. 16. Fill the batter into the prepared pan.
  17. 17. Smooth the surface.
  18. 18. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced for about 1 hour.
  19. 19. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice to form a thick glaze.
  20. 20. Drizzle the glaze loosely over the cooled cake.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the cake with citron.
  22. 22. Let the glaze set completely.
