  1. 1. Put 150 grams of spelt flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and 200 milliliters of water into a bowl.
  2. 2. Work the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. If the dough seems too dry, add a little more water if necessary.
  5. 5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
  6. 6. Shape each portion into a ball.
  7. 7. Dust a work surface with a little flour.
  8. 8. Roll each dough ball on the floured surface into a paper-thin flatbread.
  9. 9. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  10. 10. Finish baking the dough flatbreads one by one in the pan.
  11. 11. Cut the finished dough flatbreads into triangles.
  12. 12. Mix the remaining oil with 1 teaspoon of salt, paprika powder, and chili powder to your taste.
  13. 13. Brush the nachos with this marinade.
  14. 14. Place the nachos on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  15. 15. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius for fan-assisted or gas mark 3).
  16. 16. Bake the nachos in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes until crispy.
