🍽️ Fresh Shell Pasta Salad with Tomato and Feta

Ingredients
- 2 green bell peppers
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 200 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 dried thyme
- 3 tbsp chopped parsley
- 350 g small elbow macaroni
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly and remove the inside. Cut the vegetable into small cubes.
- 2. Rinse the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 3. Peel the onion and divide it into four longitudinal pieces. Cut these pieces into thin strips.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove.
- 5. Take the feta out of the package and cut it into small cubes.
- 6. Press the garlic directly over the feta.
- 7. Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, a pinch of salt, pepper, and your spices in a small bowl to make a sauce.
- 8. Take two tablespoons of this sauce and mix it well with the feta.
- 9. Cook the shell pasta in water with salt until they are al dente.
- 10. Drain the pasta and rinse them with cold water to cool them down.
- 11. Mix the cooled pasta with the prepared vegetables and the remaining dressing.
- 12. Distribute the marinated feta evenly over the salad.
- 13. Serve the salad now.
