🍳 Oven Peaches with Cinnamon Oat Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 peaches
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 5 tbsp 5-grain flakes
- 400 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Place the peach halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
- 4. Drizzle one to two teaspoons of maple syrup into each peach half.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius for fan-assisted or gas mark 3).
- 6. Place the baking dish on the rack in the preheated oven.
- 7. Bake the peaches for 15 to 20 minutes.
- 8. Add the cereal flakes, milk, and a pinch of salt to a pot.
- 9. Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir constantly.
- 10. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- 11. Let the porridge simmer for one more minute.
- 12. Stir the cinnamon into the hot porridge.
- 13. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 14. Cover the pot with cling film or a lid.
- 15. Let the porridge swell for 5 minutes.
- 16. Divide the porridge into small bowls.
- 17. Place the baked peach halves on top of the porridge.
- 18. If the porridge is too thick, stir in a little milk to make it creamier.
