  1. 1. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Use the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Place the paper liners into the individual cups of the muffin tin.
  3. 3. Take a bowl and whisk the egg with the oil until they are well combined.
  4. 4. Add the sour cream to the egg-oil mixture and stir it in.
  5. 5. Take a second bowl and mix the flour with the sugar.
  6. 6. Add the baking powder and a pinch of salt to the second bowl and stir everything well.
  7. 7. Gently fold the dry flour mixture under the liquid cream-egg mixture.
  8. 8. Fill the finished batter evenly into the prepared liners.
  9. 9. Place the tray on the middle rack and bake the muffins for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Check for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer into the center of a muffin. If it comes out clean, they are done.
  11. 11. Remove the muffins from the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool down.
  12. 12. Mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice and food coloring to form a thick, smooth icing.
  13. 13. Spread this icing over the completely cooled muffins.
  14. 14. Let the icing dry for a short moment before you continue.
  15. 15. Draw grass on the surface of the muffins using the green sugar writing gel.
  16. 16. Attach the sugar eggs to the muffins using a small dollop of icing.
  17. 17. Let the decoration dry completely before serving the muffins.
