Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 240 g unsweetened peanut butter
- 40 g unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a blender or use a hand blender to mix until you have a smooth batter.
- 2. Divide the batter among greased or parchment-lined muffin cups. The smaller you make the muffins, the more pieces you will get from the mixture.
- 3. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 190°C (convection 170°C or gas mark 2–3) for about 15 minutes on the middle rack. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer before removing, and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes if needed.
- 4. Let the muffins cool completely before removing them from the cups and serving to prevent them from crumbling.
