  4. 4. Add the sweet potato cubes to the hot pan.
  5. 5. Fry the sweet potatoes for approx. 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the sugar over the sweet potatoes.
  7. 7. Lightly caramelize the sugar while stirring for 1-2 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the pan from the heat.
  9. 9. Wash the plums thoroughly.
  10. 10. Pit the plums.
  11. 11. Cut the plums into approx. 1 cm cubes.
  12. 12. Mix the plum cubes with the lemon juice.
  13. 13. Set the plums aside.
  14. 14. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.
  15. 15. Line the muffin tray cups with paper liners.
  16. 16. Mix the flour, almonds, sesame seeds, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl.
  17. 17. Whisk the egg with the sugar in a separate bowl.
