🍰 Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 100 g soft butter
- 175 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- vanilla pods
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150 ml orange juice
- 225 g cranberries (or cranberries)
- 1 muffin baking tray (with 12 indentations)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius with fan. Beat the butter with the sugar until the mixture is light and creamy. Stir in the eggs, the seeds from the vanilla pod, and a pinch of salt. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir it into the butter mixture alternately with the orange juice.
- 2. Sort through the cranberries, wash them, and dry them thoroughly. Gently fold the berries into the batter. Fill the batter into the greased muffin tin cups and bake the muffins for about 25 to 30 minutes.
