🍰 Fluffy Muffins with Almond Garnish

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 50 g ground almond kernels
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 vegetable oil
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 muffin baking tray (12 cups)
- butter (for the tray)

Instructions
- 1. Mix the flour, ground almonds, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- 2. Lightly beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
- 3. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and sour cream to the egg mixture and stir everything well.
- 4. Add the dry flour mixture to the liquid mixture.
- 5. Stir the batter only until no dry flour lumps are visible.
- 6. Grease the cups of the muffin tin with some fat.
- 7. Fill the batter evenly into the prepared cups.
- 8. Place three almond slices on top of each muffin.
- 9. Gently press the almond slices into the batter.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 11. Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
- 12. Remove the tin from the oven.
- 13. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the tin.
- 14. Carefully release the muffins from the tin.
- 15. Let the muffins cool completely on a wire rack.
- 16. Dust the finished muffins with powdered sugar before serving.
