  3. 3. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, and sour cream to the egg mixture and stir everything well.
  4. 4. Add the dry flour mixture to the liquid mixture.
  5. 5. Stir the batter only until no dry flour lumps are visible.
  6. 6. Grease the cups of the muffin tin with some fat.
  7. 7. Fill the batter evenly into the prepared cups.
  8. 8. Place three almond slices on top of each muffin.
  9. 9. Gently press the almond slices into the batter.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  11. 11. Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
  12. 12. Remove the tin from the oven.
