🍰 Moist Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 250 g blueberries
- 250 g flour
- baking powder
- 1 egg
- 125 g sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 80 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Put flour, baking powder, and baking soda into a large bowl.
- 3. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
- 4. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 5. Whisk an egg in a separate bowl with sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy.
- 6. Stir the oil and yogurt into the egg-sugar mixture.
- 7. Gently fold the washed blueberries into the liquid mixture.
- 8. Add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture and stir briefly until just combined.
- 9. Grease a muffin tin with a little butter or oil.
- 10. Fill the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
- 11. Bake the muffins for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
