🍳 Crunchy Muesli Balls

Ingredients
- 250 g Oat flakes
- 250 ml Milk (lukewarm)
- 150 g Ground nuts (Hazelnuts and Almonds)
- 50 g Hazelnut kernels
- 75 g Coconut flakes
- 75 g Raisins
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Flaxseeds
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with a spoon.
- 3. Cover the bowl.
- 4. Let the mixture swell for about 45 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan mode.
- 6. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 7. Take one tablespoon of the dough.
- 8. Shape the dough into a ball with your hands.
- 9. Place the ball on the prepared baking tray.
- 10. Repeat this with the remaining dough.
- 11. Bake the balls in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- 12. Take the tray out of the oven.
- 13. Let the muesli pralines cool down on the tray.
