🍳 Fruity Quark Porridge with Pears

Ingredients
- 500 g Low-fat quark
- 150 g Yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 50 ml Milk (3.5 % fat)
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 2 red-skinned pears
- 150 g Oats
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark, the yogurt, the milk, the honey, and the lime juice into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon until a creamy mixture forms.
- 3. Rinse the pears under running water.
- 4. Cut the pears into quarters.
- 5. Remove the core from each pear quarter.
- 6. Slice the pear pieces into thin slices.
- 7. Add the pear slices and the oat flakes to the quark mixture.
- 8. Gently fold the pears and flakes in until they are evenly distributed.
- 9. Fill the porridge into individual glasses.
- 10. Serve the porridge immediately.
