  1. 1. Put the oat flakes and raisins into a bowl.
  2. 2. Pour the apple juice over them.
  3. 3. Stir everything well.
  4. 4. Let the mixture soak for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Wash the pears and apples thoroughly.
  6. 6. Cut the fruits into quarters.
  7. 7. Remove the core.
  8. 8. Cut a few thin slices from each fruit for decoration.
  9. 9. Dice the remaining fruit finely.
  10. 10. Chop the dried fruits finely.
  11. 11. Mix the fruit with the dried fruits and maple syrup.
  12. 12. Spoon the yogurt into bowls.
  13. 13. Top with the soaked oat flakes and the fruit mixture.
  14. 14. Decorate with the fruit slices cut aside earlier.
  15. 15. Sprinkle chopped nuts over it.
  16. 16. Serve the muesli immediately.
