🍳 Fruity Muesli with Quark Cream

Ingredients
- 2 Oranges
- 2 Grapefruits
- 3 Clementines
- 2 Bananas
- 0.5 Lemon
- 250 g Quark
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 100 g Oat Flakes
- 30 g Wheat Germ
- 1 pinch Ginger
- 50 g Cornflakes
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges, the grapefruit, and the clementines.
- 2. Remove the segments from the orange and the grapefruit.
- 3. Catch the released juice in a bowl.
- 4. Divide the clementines into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Peel the bananas.
- 6. Slice the bananas diagonally.
- 7. Gently mix the fruit in a bowl.
- 8. Cut the lemon peel into thin strips.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 10. Stir the quark with one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 11. Add the juice of the other citrus fruits to the quark mixture.
- 12. Stir in the honey.
- 13. Add the milk.
- 14. Mix in the oat flakes.
- 15. Add the wheat germ.
- 16. Stir in the ginger.
- 17. Fill the quark cream into muesli bowls.
- 18. Add the fruit to the quark cream.
- 19. Sprinkle the muesli with cornflakes.
- 20. Add the lemon peel strips on top.
- 21. Serve the muesli.
