  3. 3. Toast the nuts until they smell fragrant.
  4. 4. Remove the nuts from the pan and place them on a plate.
  5. 5. Let the nuts cool down completely.
  6. 6. Chop the cooled nuts into small pieces.
  7. 7. Thoroughly wash the orange under hot water.
  8. 8. Dry the orange with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Finely grate the orange peel.
  10. 10. Mix the orange peel with the chopped nuts.
  11. 11. Wash the apple thoroughly.
  12. 12. Cut the apple into four quarters.
  13. 13. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
  14. 14. Cut the apple quarters into thin slices.
  15. 15. Sort through the raspberries and remove any bad berries.
  16. 16. Distribute the raspberries and apple slices onto the serving bowls.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the oat flakes over the fruits in the bowls.
  18. 18. Sprinkle the flaxseeds over the oat flakes.
  19. 19. Pour the milk over the ingredients in the bowls.
  20. 20. Sweeten the milk to taste with honey.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the prepared nut mixture over the muesli.
  22. 22. Sprinkle cinnamon over the muesli.
  23. 23. Garnish the bowls with fresh mint.
  24. 24. Serve the muesli immediately.
