🍳 Crunchy Muesli with Nuts and Fresh Fruits

Ingredients
- 120 g Nuts (e.g. Macadamia, Hazelnuts and Almonds)
- 1 unpeeled Orange
- 1 Apple
- 150 g Raspberries
- 150 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 800 ml Milk
- Honey (to taste)
- Cinnamon powder (for sprinkling)
- Mint leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a dry frying pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the nuts to the hot pan.
- 3. Toast the nuts until they smell fragrant.
- 4. Remove the nuts from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 5. Let the nuts cool down completely.
- 6. Chop the cooled nuts into small pieces.
- 7. Thoroughly wash the orange under hot water.
- 8. Dry the orange with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Finely grate the orange peel.
- 10. Mix the orange peel with the chopped nuts.
- 11. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 12. Cut the apple into four quarters.
- 13. Remove the core from the apple quarters.
- 14. Cut the apple quarters into thin slices.
- 15. Sort through the raspberries and remove any bad berries.
- 16. Distribute the raspberries and apple slices onto the serving bowls.
- 17. Sprinkle the oat flakes over the fruits in the bowls.
- 18. Sprinkle the flaxseeds over the oat flakes.
- 19. Pour the milk over the ingredients in the bowls.
- 20. Sweeten the milk to taste with honey.
- 21. Sprinkle the prepared nut mixture over the muesli.
- 22. Sprinkle cinnamon over the muesli.
- 23. Garnish the bowls with fresh mint.
- 24. Serve the muesli immediately.
