🍳 Fruity Muesli with Kefir Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Hazelnuts
- 2 tsp Raisins
- 8 tbsp Spelt flakes (organic store, health food store)
- 200 g Kefir
- Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Mint
Instructions
- 1. Peel the bananas and slice them.
- 2. Drizzle the banana slices with one tablespoon of lemon juice.
- 3. Mix the bananas with raisins, hazelnuts, and spelt flakes in a bowl.
- 4. Divide the muesli mixture evenly onto two small bowls.
- 5. Whisk kefir, cinnamon, honey, and the remaining lemon juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
- 6. Pour the kefir sauce evenly over the muesli in the bowls.
- 7. Garnish the muesli with fresh mint leaves and serve.
