🍳 Fruit Muesli with Berries and Yogurt

Ingredients
- 150 g blueberries
- 250 g strawberries
- 600 g low-fat plain yogurt (1.5% fat content)
- 4 tsp liquid honey
- 1 drop lemon juice
- 150 g crunchy muesli (to your liking)
Instructions
- 1. Remove any damaged or unripe blueberries from the pack.
- 2. Rinse the blueberries under running water.
- 3. Gently pat the blueberries dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 5. Rinse the strawberries under running water.
- 6. Cut the strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Mix the yogurt with the honey and the lemon juice.
- 8. Divide the yogurt mixture evenly into four small bowls.
- 9. Place the prepared fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
- 10. Sprinkle the crunchy (crispy muesli mix) over the berries.
- 11. Serve the muesli immediately to keep it crispy.
