  1. 1. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  2. 2. Mix the chopped walnuts with the oat flakes and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. 3. Heat a frying pan and add the sugar.
  4. 4. Let the sugar melt until it caramelizes.
  5. 5. Add the nut and oat mixture to the hot pan.
  6. 6. Stir constantly and caramelize the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Make sure no large clumps form.
  8. 8. Remove the crunchy mixture from the pan.
  9. 9. Place it on a plate and let it cool down completely.
  10. 10. Sort through the berries and remove any stems or bad spots.
  11. 11. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces if they are very large.
  12. 12. Puree about half of the berries into a juice.
  13. 13. Layer the berry puree and the yogurt alternately in glasses.
  14. 14. Add the remaining whole berries on top.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the cooled crunchy granola over the dessert.
  16. 16. Serve the granola immediately.
