  1. 1. Mix the fresh grain mixture with cold water and let it swell overnight in the refrigerator. Wash the apples and grate them coarsely with the skin.
  2. 2. Add the lemon juice and stir it into the swollen grains. Fold in the oat flakes. Chop the almonds coarsely.
  3. 3. Divide the muesli onto plates. Add a dollop of yogurt and the chopped almonds to each portion. Sprinkle everything with a little ground vanilla and enjoy immediately.
