🍳 Fruity Muesli with Yogurt and Almonds

Ingredients
- 150 g fresh grain mix (health food store)
- 2 apples (each approx. 150 g)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 40 g rolled oats
- 20 g almond kernels (with shell)
- 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp ground vanilla
Instructions
- 1. Mix the fresh grain mixture with cold water and let it swell overnight in the refrigerator. Wash the apples and grate them coarsely with the skin.
- 2. Add the lemon juice and stir it into the swollen grains. Fold in the oat flakes. Chop the almonds coarsely.
- 3. Divide the muesli onto plates. Add a dollop of yogurt and the chopped almonds to each portion. Sprinkle everything with a little ground vanilla and enjoy immediately.
