🍳 Quark-Muesli Balls

Ingredients
- 20 g Fruit muesli (2 tbsp)
- 60 g Low-fat quark (2 tbsp)
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
- 1 pinch Cinnamon (preferably Ceylon cinnamon)
- 15 g Sesame (1 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Put the muesli into a small bowl.
- 2. Mix the quark, sugar, and cinnamon into the muesli.
- 3. Let the mixture swell for about 5 minutes.
- 4. Put the sesame seeds onto a small plate.
- 5. Shape the muesli-quark mixture into 8 balls the size of walnuts.
- 6. Roll the balls in the sesame seeds.
- 7. Serve 4 balls each as a snack.
