🍳 Crunchy Muesli Bowl with Mango and Strawberries

Ingredients
- 60 g coconut flakes
- 200 g rolled oats (robust)
- 100 g mixed seeds (e.g. pumpkin, sunflower)
- 50 g hazelnut slices
- 50 g raisins
- 50 g dried mango
- 250 g strawberries
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Place the coconut flakes in a dry pan.
- 2. Roast them over medium heat until they turn golden brown.
- 3. Remove the toasted coconut flakes from the pan.
- 4. Let them cool down completely.
- 5. Mix the cooled coconut flakes with the oats, seeds, nuts, and raisins.
- 6. Cut the mango into thin strips.
- 7. Add the mango strips to the dry mixture.
- 8. Fill the entire mixture into a bowl.
- 9. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 10. Remove the green stems and leaves.
- 11. Cut the strawberries into small pieces.
- 12. Add the cut strawberries to the muesli bowl.
- 13. Pour milk over the muesli.
- 14. Sweeten everything to taste with honey.
- 15. Serve the bowl immediately.
