🍳 Fruity Muesli with Apple, Clabber, and Raisins

Ingredients
- 60 g unsweetened muesli
- 1 tbsp raisins (to taste)
- 300 g clabber
- 2 apples
- honey (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apples thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the apples into four equal quarters.
- 3. Remove the core from each apple quarter.
- 4. Cut two of the apple quarters into thin wedges.
- 5. Set these wedges aside for later decoration.
- 6. Dice the remaining apple pieces into small cubes.
- 7. Pour the clabber into a small bowl.
- 8. Stir the honey into the clabber until it is dissolved.
- 9. Take half of the raisins and mix them with the apple cubes.
- 10. Place the apple-raisin mixture into the serving bowls.
- 11. Pour the sweetened clabber evenly over the muesli.
- 12. Sprinkle the remaining raisins over the muesli.
- 13. Place the reserved apple wedges on top of the muesli.
- 14. Serve the muesli immediately to keep it fresh and crisp.
