  1. 1. Quickly knead the flour, butter, egg yolk, and salt into a smooth dough.
  2. 2. If the dough is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold water.
  3. 3. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  4. 4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.
  6. 6. Mix the chopped salmon with dill, cream cheese, horseradish, and lemon juice.
  7. 7. Spread the salmon cream onto the dough squares.
  8. 8. Roll the coated triangles into horn shapes.
  9. 9. Whisk the remaining egg yolk with the cream.
  10. 10. Brush the egg yolk and cream mixture over the rolls.
  11. 11. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls.
  12. 12. Place the rolls side by side on baking sheets lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
