  2. 2. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
  3. 3. Wash the tomato under running water.
  4. 4. Cut the tomato in half.
  5. 5. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato.
  6. 6. Cut the tomato halves into thin wedges.
  7. 7. Wash the basil leaves under cold water.
  8. 8. Shake the basil leaves dry to remove excess water.
  9. 9. Spread the pesto evenly over the bread.
  10. 10. Cut the bread with pesto into three equal parts.
  11. 11. Place one fresh basil leaf on each piece of bread.
  12. 12. Distribute the mozzarella slices over the bread.
  13. 13. Distribute the tomato pieces over the bread.
  14. 14. Take some tomato paste onto a spoon.
  15. 15. Place small dots of tomato paste as decoration on the bruschetta.
  16. 16. Cut the orange in half.
  17. 17. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
  18. 18. Mix the orange juice with mineral water.
  19. 19. Serve the bruschetta together with the orange spritzer.
