🍽️ Pesto Bruschetta with Mozzarella and Fresh Orange splash

Ingredients
- 60 g Mozzarella
- 40 g small tomatoes (1 small tomato)
- 3 leaves basil
- 60 g large slice whole grain bread (1 large slice whole grain bread)
- 1 tsp green pesto (jar)
- 1 level tbsp tomato paste
- 150 g oranges (1 orange)
- 100 ml mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Take the mozzarella out of the package and let it drain well.
- 2. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
- 3. Wash the tomato under running water.
- 4. Cut the tomato in half.
- 5. Remove the hard stem area from the tomato.
- 6. Cut the tomato halves into thin wedges.
- 7. Wash the basil leaves under cold water.
- 8. Shake the basil leaves dry to remove excess water.
- 9. Spread the pesto evenly over the bread.
- 10. Cut the bread with pesto into three equal parts.
- 11. Place one fresh basil leaf on each piece of bread.
- 12. Distribute the mozzarella slices over the bread.
- 13. Distribute the tomato pieces over the bread.
- 14. Take some tomato paste onto a spoon.
- 15. Place small dots of tomato paste as decoration on the bruschetta.
- 16. Cut the orange in half.
- 17. Squeeze the juice out of the orange.
- 18. Mix the orange juice with mineral water.
- 19. Serve the bruschetta together with the orange spritzer.
