Ingredients
- 500 g Mini mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch chervil
- 6 dandelion flowers
- sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 2. Finely chop the chervil.
- 3. Take half of the mozzarella balls and roll them in the chives.
- 4. Take the other half of the mozzarella balls and roll them in the chervil.
- 5. Lightly salt the balls.
- 6. Arrange the finished balls in small bowls.
- 7. Pluck the flowers from the dandelion.
- 8. Sprinkle the dandelion flowers over the mozzarella balls.
