🍽️ Fresh Strawberry Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 180 g mini mozzarella balls (18 mini mozzarella balls; 9 % fat)
- basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 8 skewers
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the strawberries under running water.
- 2. Remove the green stems and leaves from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut each strawberry in half.
- 4. Let the mozzarella drain well in a colander.
- 5. Wash the basil leaves under cold water.
- 6. Shake the basil dry or pat it gently.
- 7. Pluck the individual basil leaves from the stems.
- 8. Thread three basil leaves onto a wooden skewer.
- 9. Add two mozzarella balls to the skewer.
- 10. Thread two halved strawberries onto the skewer.
- 11. Repeat this for all skewer components.
- 12. Drizzle the finished skewers with olive oil.
- 13. Season the skewers with a pinch of salt.
- 14. Add freshly ground black pepper.
- 15. Arrange the skewers on four plates.
- 16. Serve the skewers immediately while fresh.
